These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eminzora website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Eminzora
Eminzora Ltd is a UK-registered luxury concierge coordination company. Eminzora acts as a coordinator and intermediary — connecting clients with vetted third-party service providers. We do not own the vehicles, properties, aircraft, or vessels arranged on your behalf; we coordinate access to them through our partner network.
2. Services
Eminzora provides concierge coordination services including luxury vehicle arrangements, elite accommodation sourcing, private aviation coordination, security and close protection, VIP airport assistance, yacht charters, event management, corporate concierge, and relocation services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Service delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party supplier.
3. Bookings and Payment
Service requests become binding upon written confirmation from Eminzora. A deposit or full payment may be required prior to service commencement, as specified in your service quote. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise agreed. Eminzora’s coordination fee is included in the price quoted to you.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service type and supplier. In general: cancellations made 72+ hours before service commencement may be eligible for a partial or full refund less supplier cancellation fees; cancellations made within 72 hours may result in loss of deposit or full charge. Eminzora’s coordination fee is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
5. Liability
Eminzora acts as a coordinator and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers. While we rigorously vet all partners, we cannot accept responsibility for service failures, accidents, injuries, or losses arising from the actions of third-party providers. Our liability to you shall not exceed the total coordination fee paid to Eminzora for that specific engagement.
6. Confidentiality
Eminzora treats all client information with absolute discretion. We do not disclose client identities, travel plans, or service details to any third party except as necessary to coordinate your requested service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Eminzora website — including text, images, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of Eminzora Ltd. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Amendments
Eminzora reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
