Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes. You may change your membership tier with 30 days’ written notice. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Is membership available for corporate accounts?
Yes. Corporate memberships are available for organisations requiring ongoing concierge support for executives and visiting principals. Please contact us to discuss a tailored arrangement.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Membership is available on a monthly or annual basis. Annual memberships include a two-month saving. There is no long-term lock-in beyond the initial agreed period.
